My writing group Write On The Edge just had our first group presentation and signing. Although it wasn’t perfect it went well and turnout was fair.
We did it at our local library where we meet weekly. We were well supported by the library staff. They gave US a place, set up the room, provides refreshments and did publicity on library sites.

I was pleased with my fellow group members they each gave a short talk. Some talked about their books some about the whole writing process.
The group offered a wide s selection of genres there was mystery, urban paranormal, creative non-fiction, a coffee-table book with photos and inspirational messages, a quirky story about immigration, romance, poetry, and a Vietnam memoir.

It shows a group can have eclectic writing styles and still support and help one another be better at their craft.
